Steak is one of those tricky ones. Some people use a marinade while others don’t. I actually do both but when I have time and prepare I love to use a marinade on my steak. This, what you’ll see below, is my absolute favorite marinade for my steak in the history of marinades. It’s a marinade that is so useful because you have almost if not all the ingredients in your house.
So all I do and yeah, I know you know how to make marinades, is add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
I then put my steak in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. I prefer to always put my marinade in to a flat container and flip a couple of times throughout the day to make sure the marinade is covering the steak evenly.
Then, pull the bag from the refrigerator and take it from bowl if it’s glass (because if it remains in bowl it will not get to room temperature as fast). You want room temperature for your meat. Grill your steak and then call me to come eat some with you!
