Someone in my family, and it’s usually me, makes this chipped beef and horseradish cheese ball for a family gathering. I usually have to make a double recipe because if my husband sees me make this he feels entitled to it. So I put him to work in the kitchen this morning to help me make this. It’s so easy to do and hardly takes no time.
I get that the pic may look unappetizing but the end result is so worth it. I simply just add all the ingredients to a bowl and use my hand mixer to combine everything.
I choose to place my cream cheese mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and form it into a ball. I like staying clean 😀
Then I put in a small bowl and place in the refrigerator to allow all the ingredients to meld together. I hope you give this on a try for your next family gathering or party.
