Open can of refrigerated crescent roll out. Press any seams to try and make this one sheet. Divide the sheet of crescent rolls into 5 equal-ish piece using either a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Then with each square cut into a triangle to get 30 triangles from the entire sheet.
Grab a cocktail sausage (lil’ smokies) and place at smaller corner and roll up.
Place on lined cookie sheet and bake for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.
While crescent dogs are cooling, place a bowl in the center of the platter and place stems of flat leaf parsley around bowl. Top with halved grape tomatoes and then scatter the crescent dogs around. Place dipping sauce in bowl and serve.
Dipping Sauce
Place barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and light brown sugar in bowl. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
