Preheat oven to 375°F and grease each hole in the muffin pan.
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Place 3 balls into each hole and brush with half of the butter mixture. (Butter mixture = melting butter and stirring in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese)
Bake for 11-14 minutes.
When you take the finished rolls from the oven, brush with the remaining butter mixture and serve warm.
