Inside Out Egg Rolls

Do you EVER just have to make what you want and hope it turns out?  We had inside out egg rolls last night for dinner and it was quite easy to do and it was so good. I ate mine like you see above, in a bowl. My husband wrapped his in a tortilla shell.  He liked it that way.  I prefer my way.

For this recipe, you can cut up cabbage of your own or you can use a bag of coleslaw mix that has been cut for you. I had picked up a bag of this a few days at the grocery store because it was on sale so I just used this.  Sometimes shortcuts are GREAT.
