Instructions
  1. If it’s difficult to cut the spaghetti squash, cut small slits on the outside and place in microwave for 3 minutes. When done, carefully take out and place on cutting board and cut in half.
  2. With a spoon, scoop out the seeds and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place 1 cup of water into the inner pot and put in trivet.
  4. Place the spaghetti squash on top of the trivet, right side up.
  5. Close lid and seal valve. Press manual/pressure cook and adjust time to 8 minutes. When timer goes off, QR (quick release) pressure.
  6. Open the lid when pressure is released and carefully remove the spaghetti squash with tongs. The squash may be a bit runny (even when cooked in oven) so put upside down on paper towel to drain for a few minutes.
  7. Place on cutting board and with a fork, shred and remove the inside of the squash. Top with your favorite sauce and serve. Enjoy!
