Ingredients

cups
milk
I use 2%
1 1/2
cups
heavy whipping cream
1
can
sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
2
cups
milk chocolate chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir together until all are combined.
Turn crockpot on low for at least 3 hours. Stir the hot chocolate a few times during the heating process to incorporate the chocolate chips.
When heated to the temperature you’d like, serve with fresh whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
