skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1/2

low sodium soy sauce
1/2
cup
ketchup
1/3
cup
honey
3-4
cloves
garlic
minced

tsp
dried basil
Instructions
Place chicken thighs into the bottom of your Instant Pot or slow cooker.
Whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil and pour over chicken.
Put lid on pot and cook on low for 6 hrs.
When done, if you didn’t achieve your color that you’d like, put under broiler for 3-5 minutes.
