Ingredients

frozen berries
I used raspberries and strawberries

milk
I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2
cup
vanilla yogurt
1
TBS
agave nectar
honey works too
1/2
cup
ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If the consistency of your smoothie is too thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup additional milk and blend again.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to drink.
