Garlic Parmesan “Rolls” Using Biscuit Dough (and they are delicious)

These go perfectly with my Instant Pot spaghetti and actually take about the same time to be finished as my spaghetti.  These little “rolls” are actually made with packaged biscuits and I must say I do NOT like biscuits from a can.  But honestly, when the butter combination is added to the biscuits it’s hard for me to tell these can from a can. They actually do taste a lot more like rolls.

And with that, these are super easy to make.

I cut each roll into four pieces and then rolled each fourth into a ball shape.  Put three pieces into each muffin tin opening and brush on half of the mixture (recipe below) and save half for when these come out of the oven.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease each hole in the muffin pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  3. Place 3 balls into each hole and brush with half of the butter mixture. (Butter mixture = melting butter and stirring in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese)
  4. Bake for 11-14 minutes.
  5. When you take the finished rolls from the oven, brush with the remaining butter mixture and serve warm.
